TouchLine® is a free telephone account access service of Cyprus Credit Union. It is available 24-hours a day to apply for a loan, get account balances, transfer funds, stop checks, send yourself a check, check dividends and interest and get tax information. There is no monthly service charge to use TouchLine®.

TouchLine® Tips

• Use the # key on your phone as the enter key.
• Enter dollar amounts without decimal points, for example enter $25.00 as 2500#.
• It is not necessary to press the # key after selecting a menu item.
• The following are the account designations:
  • Share savings accounts – “S1”
  • Checking accounts – “S5”
  • Visa (Debit) Checking card – “L53”
  • Visa Classic card – “L61”
  • Visa Platinum card - “L63”
• For the letters “Q” or “Z,” use the “0” key.
• To back up to a previous menu level, press the * (star) key.
• To exit the system, press the * (star) key until you’re prompted to hang up.
